Do you store the data I enter?

No. The name is only used to search the SPF list via our API. The result is shown only to you; we do not store any search history.

Does a name match mean I've really inherited something?

No. It is always only a possible match, which needs to be verified with a notary or in court — the tool does not confirm it for you.

Where does the data come from?

From the list of unidentified owners of the Slovak Land Fund, which is updated twice a year.

Does zdedilsom.sk provide legal advice?

What if my ancestors also lived in the Czech Republic?
